Thank you for doing this camp and allowing scholarships, because without it I couldn’t have come here this week.

Do you represent a business or organization with a passion for arts education and empowerment? Are you an individual who wants to sustain a legacy of creative expression? We have many opportunities to support Queen City Rock Camp, with options to fit any budget.

As a Queen City Rock Camp sponsor, you can choose a part of QCRC to sponsor based on the tiers listed below. To discuss sponsorship opportunities, please call us at (417) 501-4775 or e-mail QueenCityRockCamp@gmail.com.

Queen City Rock Camp (QCRC) is a week-long day camp for girls, transgender, and nonbinary youth ages 9 to 18 in Springfield, Missouri. The mission of Queen City Rock Camp is to provide a safe and supportive environment where girls, transgender, and nonbinary youth can work together to build self confidence through music.

Be A Sustainer

Queen City Rock Camp needs your help to rock out year 'round! For as low as five dollars a month you can help us continue our after school program, where campers continue growing outside of camp! Sustainers are listed on our website and have access to exclusive sustainer communications, our Annual Report, and other goodies.

Fund A Camper

Queen City Rock Camp does not turn anyone away for lack of funds, and a robust tuition assistance program is integral to our mission. Since our first session in 2014, 41% of our campers have attended QCRC for free, with another 25% receiving partial tuition assistance.

When you sponsor a camper scholarship, your money goes toward core camp expenses (facility rental, insurance, food and supplies) that would otherwise come from QCRC tuition payments. In return, you receive a certificate with your sponsored camper’s name and instrument, two tickets to our showcase so you can see your sponsored camper rock out, and a mention in the sponsors list on our website and all camp materials through the next session’s fundraising cycle.

Click the button below to sponsor a camper, or contact QCRC to arrange a donation by check or money order.

Showcase: $1000

You make the camper showcase happen! This donation goes toward venue fees, sound and lighting, video production, printed programs, and refreshments at the grand finale of Queen City Rock Camp, where camper bands perform in front of a real live audience and show off what they learned during camp week.

Camp Gear: $500

Keep our campers rocking all year long! We offer an instrument lending program so our campers can keep building their skills in the off-season. Your gear sponsorship will allow us to purchase and maintain a drum kit, PA with microphones, electric guitar, bass, keyboard, and/or amplifier.

Other Donation Values

Queen City Rock Camp accepts donations of any amount! Whatever sum you are able to donate, you’ll know that your contribution gives girls the skills to express themselves in creative, constructive ways.
